Using the Team Management Profile you will learn more about the people you work with, and how to build jobs and teams in the most productive way which will bring about real and often immediate benefits to business performance. It uses a validated questionnaire to help get detailed feedback on where people's preferences and energies lie at work and the role they prefer to play within a team.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for those who want to develop greater understanding of people at work and develop strategies for improving communication and effectiveness with individuals and teams.
Whatever the structure or purpose of the team, your questions will be similar. How much do we really know about each other's potential? Are we a balanced team or are there gaps? Are tasks being done by the right people? How can we improve the team's performance and communication?
